What we offer?
We offer coach education modules (classes to attend) that coaches can sign-up for online – essentially workshops for specific topics. Coaches need credits to enroll on a course. You may choose to attend just one that catches your attention, or commit to multiple modules for your team’s age group - just make sure you have enough credits on your profile page.
Buying more (top-up) credits
At any time you can purchase a Classic, Competitive package and you will receive 5 or 10 credits, respectively. Once purchased, the credits will be automatically added to your cart. Clubs can purchase a Club Package that will enable them to distribute the credits out at will to their club coaches. After purchasing a club package, we will contact the club to split up the credits - but we can only credit coaches that have a free US Coaches Club profile page.
Register, check out and attend
Once you have added credits to your account, browse the upcoming modules and click "Register" on the module(s) of interest. The modules will be added to your cart ready for your check out. You will receive a confirmation email of your enrollment as well as your credit account having been debited. Congrats on enrolling - see you at the event!
Frequently Asked Questions
Wondering how many credits you have?
Login and click on My Profile. Then click My Credits tab and you can view your credits, usage of credits and purchasing of credits.
Do all of the modules equate to one credit?
Generally, yes. But from time-to-time we offer day or half-day symposium registrations that require more credits to register.
Wondering what modules you are registered for?
Login and click on My Profile. Then click My Modules tab and you will see your classes you are registered for.
How long do the credits last?
The free credit that you receive when you set up your profile expires in 7 days, so get registered for any module quickly. The module of course doesn’t need to be in the next 7 days though. All other purchased credits last 12 months.
What are “top-up credits?”
When you set up your free profile, you will automatically receive one FREE credit to apply to any module – register within 7 days however or you will lose it. If you are interested in continuing to any of the other modules on offer then you are required to purchase an individual package of credits (Classic 5 or Competitive 10), or clubs can purchase club packages (50, 75 or 100).
My club purchased credits – how do I receive/use them?
When you club purchases credits, we will contact the club to ask how they want them divided up. They can be divided up any way the club requests, but only to coaches that have set up a free profile with US Coaches Club.
I am interested in a module I see within ‘Module Overviews’ page but cannot find it on the ‘Upcoming’ calendar, why not?
That is for one of two reasons; first, if the module has already be delivered recently, it will be wiped off the ‘Upcoming’ calendar display. Second, we may have chosen not to deliver this module for this particular block of 8 weeks – either way, it’ll be back soon!!
What happens if a module is cancelled? Will I get my money back?
In the rare event a module is cancelled for any reason, your online profile will be reissued the number of credits you expended in the course sign-up. No financial reimbursements will take place per our Terms and Conditions.
Why do modules appear multiple times?
Modules appear to double up but in different colors – that simply means that the module is appropriate for another age group also and they too will be attending that same module event. If you search just within your own age group (e.g. U9-U10) then you will not see double-up modules.
My work schedule changed and I can no longer attend a module I am registered for!
If you know ahead of time, we let you cancel the registration and you get a credit back to schedule another module at another time. To cancel, click on My Profile, then My Modules tab and find the module you want to cancel. Click on it and choose Cancel Registration.
Club Package Questions
What are Club Packages and how do they differ from Classic/Competitive Packages
Clubs have the option of buying 100 credits at a significantly reduced price to distribute amongst their coaching staff. When a Club Package purchase is made, we connect with the club liaison and follow their directions of how to split up the credits to their coaches (all coaches must have a free profile to be assigned credits). Credits are not transferable once they have been assigned to a coach.
