  • Dribbling technique - Running with the ball, changing direction and shielding
  • Passing technique - Fundamentals of all passing techniques and surfaces
  • Shooting and finishing made easy
  • Controlling technique - Improving 1st touch on the ground and out of the air
  • Individual defending techniques of the 1st defender
  • Technical and tactical considerations in small sided games

U9 - U10 Modules

  1. Systems of play - understanding their strengths and weaknesses
  2. Introducing combination play - the right way                    
  3. Thinking and Reacting - coordination/movement games that significantly improve players                         
  4. Coaching Technique:  Heading and tackling - teaching it the right way                     
  5. Coaching Technique:  Shooting and finishing made easy
